The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan continuing its fruitful cooperation in the field of museum studies with the world's leading museums, including the Russian Federation, on June 7, 2018 for residents and guests of the capital opens the exhibition "50 masterpieces of the twentieth century from the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery."

The Tretyakov Gallery is the main museum of Russian national art, reflecting its unique contribution to world culture. It is known for its rich collection and variety of ideas presented.

For the first time unique paintings from the collection of the famous and oldest Russian museum will be presentedin Kazakhstan. The exhibition will feature a total of fifty works of fine art that are part of the depository's great treasure and are part of the gold fund of world art.

Exhibition visitors will get acquainted with the works of the most significant artists who made a great contribution to the development of Russian painting and created new stylistic trends and trends that largely determined the image of the era. Visitors to the exhibition will get acquainted with the paintings of the world-famous artists of the Russian avant-garde, which were part of the art association "Jack of Diamonds": PyotrKonchalovsky, IlyaMashkov, Alexander Kuprin, Robert Falk and AristarkhLentulov.

You can also see the textbooks that are familiar from childhood, such as "Low marks again" by FedorReshetnikov, "The Morning" by Tatyana Yablonskaya, "Linen" by Vladimir Stozharov, "The Dinner of the Tractordrivers" by ArkadyPlastov and others. The exhibition will last until 10 September.
