According to the TV channel, this year it is planned to add 14 nearby settlements to Taraz, as well as two summer cottages. It is noted that this is the territory of the Beyazik and Zambel regions.
If the government approves the city master plan, more than 44,000 villagers will become citizens, and the area of the regional center will increase to 30,000 hectares.
At the same time, according to the plan, due to the increase in the population, Taraz will be divided into two administrative regions, in which kimes will also be established.
Three new neighborhoods will also appear here. The start of construction is scheduled for the end of 2023. It is planned to build about 70 high-rise buildings and other social facilities in each of them.
“In the 14th district, we plan to build 64 multi-storey buildings. This will mainly be commercial housing, that is, from 7 to 12 floors. In addition, we plan to build a new school, this is the “Cozy School.”
More healthcare facilities and commercial facilities such as shopping malls, sports centers and sports stadiums.
This year we plan to build the first houses. «Today we are preparing the documents for the auction, that is, we want to attract investors there,» said the mayor of Taraz Bakitjan Orenbekov.
